Description

21 hectares of cashew farm with 3,400 trees and possibility of harvesting 40 tons of cashew in 2021 which is the farm's third year. It is at Kwara state on the highway going from Ilorin town to Kwara state university. It's 30 minutes drive from Kwara hotels Ilorin. We have a drone pictures and video shot of the farm.

The asking price is N55 million.

The farm had produced its first yield in March/April 2019.
The yield is Brazilian jumbo. The price of unprocessed cashew in international markets is currently $2,000/ton while the processed is between $7,000 - $8,000/ton.
Meanwhile the farm in its full capacity by 2021 will produce 40tons out of the 3,400 trees but by this year 2020 it is estimated to produce between 40% and 45% of the full 40tons capacity.
